History
Hilbert Construction Development is the culmination of a passion for the building industry which began in the Hilbert family in 1938.
Our current President, Troy Hilbert, was born into a family with building and developing business as an everyday topic of conversation and planning. Mr. Hilbert worked nearly every construction phase, from home design drafting, foundations, masonry, carpentry, roofing, site development, heavy equipment operation, and landscaping, as a tutelage to his knowledge base. Mr. Hilbert has been a licensed contractor since 1986. He has built and developed over 1,000 projects valued at more than $400,000,000.
Mr. Hilbert has a degree in business management and a Juris Doctor degree he obtained to further his knowledge of construction law and development. His passion for and knowledge of the construction industry is on par with anyone in the field, and above almost all. Mr. Hilbert meets with every client and continues to do so throughout the project.
